1. Introduction
- When you visit our site, engage us or place an order with Shapiro Designz or its brand Q’s Online CV Services (referred to as “we/us/our”) and the Client (referred to as “you/your”), you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policy.
- Your use and access to our website services and use of our services is subject to our Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice, and your use of our services and any changes of our Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions regularly before using our services. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions and any other changes to the Terms & Conditions you must not use our services.
- A contract is established when we accept your order and such contract is subject to our Terms and Conditions. There shall be no contract between Q’s Online CV Services or Shapiro Designz and you if we do not accept your order. We reserve the right to accept orders and withdraw any goods or services at any time. Shapiro Designz or our brand Q’s Online CV Services will not be liable to you or anyone for refusing to accept your order.
- We shall not warranty that our website will fit and meet your requirements and expectations or will be uninterrupted. Data transmission on the internet cannot be guaranteed to be free of bugs or viruses. It is your responsibility to have protection against viruses or bugs when you use the internet. We cannot warrant that information you sent to us will be secure. We strive on our part to keep your information secure once we have it.
2. Orders
- When you place your order/s with us, we may require you to send us information or your current CV/resume. In the event that you do not have a CV document, you can send us information as prescribed in a template that we will send to you. Your personal information will be processed for the purposes of writing your ordered documents and in line with our Privacy Policy.
- When we receive your CV, CV information or any additional information and payment having been made we will begin to work on your order. There will be no work on your order unless payment has been made.
- It takes 3 working days for you to have a first draft of your CV/resume, cover letter or linked in profile. We cannot be held liable for failure to meet these deadlines and as such it is important on your part to avail to us all required information so that the CV, resume, cover letter or linked profile process can be faster and efficient. It is also important that you communicate to us on the urgency of your order.
- When you receive your draft, you have the right to request for any changes to the content, colours or design of the document.
- Once the final order is released, the order is deemed closed and satisfactory on your part . We allow a period of 14 days to allow for any further changes to your CV/resume or cover letter documents. We will not accept changes to the CV, resume, cover letter or linked profile to tailor for another job posting or application. We reserve the right to refuse certain changes to such documents.
- In the event that you require an order to be completed outside of our normal time frame, you will be required to pay an additional R100 for each order, with the first draft being delivered within 24 hours.
3. Payments
- We start working on your order once full payment has been made on the confirmed quote

4. Products/Services
- You receive your CV/resume or cover letter as a PDF or Microsoft Word document which we will send to you through your email or WhatsApp platform. In the event of problems with your computer or software being unable to open such documents, we will not be held liable, however we may assist with ideas on how such can be solved.
- With linked profile, we will write for you and provide a document file containing the sections that you can copy and paste when you log in to your linked in profile.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds for money deposited or transferred for the purposes of CV, cover letter, resume or linked in profile writing will only be refunded in the event of failure by us to provide the service in time and at the request of the client.
7. Website usage
- We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) a web site (or any part of it) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
- We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through our web sites.
- It should be noted that internet communications are not secure and may be intercepted.
8. Liability
- No liability and accountability would be implied on Shapiro Designz or its brand Q’s Online CV Services for loss of services due to system failure, hacking or any reason, infringement on personal data as a result of use of our website or services. We shall not be held accountable to any disruption to you and your service and there shall be no compensation in the event of such incidents.
9. Fathers Day Specials 2025
- The Fathers Day Special will run from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- The special discount of 25% only applies to CVs, Resumes, Cover Letters and Linked In optimization services that are for men. This means that orders placed for CV Writing, Cover Letter Writing or Linked In profiles will be for men and women can place orders on behalf of men.
